Schedule of activities at the Elizabethton Senior Citizens Center for the week of October 4-8:
The billiard room and fitness room are open and no appointments necessary.
Monday: Just Keep Movin’ — Cardio, Toning, Strength Building, 9-10 a.m.; Lunch — Chicken Pot Pie, 11 a.m.; Chair Yoga, 12:15-1:15 p.m. with Instructor Shirley Gomillian, $3; Gentle-flow Yoga, 1:30-2:30 p.m. with Instructor Carrie Maggard, $3.
Tuesday: Eating Smart/Moving More — Join us for our FREE 6-week classes beginning today. You’ll receive free kitchen and physical activity tools. Instructor, Lacie Young with UT Extension, 10 a.m.; Lunch — Meatloaf, 11 a.m.; Shopping at Wal-Mart, 12-1 p.m. Please call the Center to schedule a ride; Line Dancing, 12-1 p.m.; Dancercise, 1-2 p.m.

Thursday: Lunch — Chili Mac Casserole, 11 a.m.
Friday: Just Keep Movin’ — Cardio, Toning, Strength Building, 9-10 a.m.; Lunch — BBQ Pork Riblet, 11 a.m.
