The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office: 
Jonathan Eugene Dial was arrested on September 22 by CCSO Sgt. Johnathan Blevins on a warrant for violation of probation.
Alyxander Lachlan Hennigan was arrested on September 22 by CCSO Sgt. William Staschak for DUI (first offense), violation of implied consent law and financial responsibility.
Marcus Glover was arrested on September 22 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Caudill for DUI (first offense) and aggravated assault.
John Robert White was arrested on September 23 by CCSO Deputy Justin Johnson for DUI (first offense).
Carmelita Dawn Murphy was arrested on September 23 by CCSO Deputy Timothy Garland on a warrant for failure to appear.
Thomas Sheldon Whittington was arrested on September 23 by CCSO Deputy Timothy Garland for DUI (first offense), open container, and simple possession or casual exchange.
Stephanie Sala was arrested on September 28 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Caudill for criminal trespass.
