Kingsport – A supply chain shortage of Pal’s famous yellow straws with red stripes is causing the regional restaurant chain to substitute other straws in the interim.
“Our team has worked tirelessly during the pandemic to overcome supply chain issues from those who provide food and other materials to our restaurants,” says Adam Crosby, Chief Operating Officer at the regional fast food chain. “We have overcome most of these issues to avoid any impact to our customers. However, the supply of our classic yellow straws with red stripes has now been impacted by a shortage and we apologize for the inconvenience.”
“Our mission is to delight our customers with every Pal’s experience, says Crosby. “It’s my hope that our customers will be patient with this temporary shortage. We will be back with our classic straws for sipping Big Tea and Pal’s Shakes as soon as possible.”
