The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office: 
Jodi Arliea LaMountain-Jones was arrested on September 5 by CCSO Deputy Cory Locklear on a warrant for violation of parole.
William Andrew Solinsky was arrested on September 5 by CCSO Sgt. William Staschak on a warrant for failure to appear.
Kelly Rains was arrested on September 5 by CCSO Deputy Clyde Garland III for domestic assault, first offense/simple assault.
Joshua Franklin Stone was arrested on September 6 by CCSO Deputy Michael Malone on a warrant for violation of probation.
Johnny L. Clawson was arrested on September 6 by CCSO Deputy Jeremiah Bartlett on a warrant for failure to appear.
Michael Shane Fleming was arrested on September 7 by CCSO Deputy Michael Malone on a warrant for violation of probation.
Jelesa Hackler was arrested on September 8 by CCSO Deputy Dennis Brown on a warrant for violation of probation and violation of an order of protection.
Cory Fergison was arrested on September 8 by CCSO Deputy Tyler Holsclaw for possession of methamphetamine, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and possession of Schedule II.
Samantha Mitchell was arrested on September 8 by CCSO Deputy Tyler Holsclaw for manufacture, deliver, sale, possess analogues/drug/narcotic violations, and unlawful drug paraphernalia.
