The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:  
Jessica Lynn Shell was arrested on August 10 by CCSO Sgt. Johnathan Blevins on a warrant for violation of probation.
Tessia Joelene Leonard was arrested on August 10 by CCSO Deputy Justin Burchfield on a warrant for violation of probation.
Charles Jarvis Carden was arrested on August 11 by CCSO Deputy Cory Locklear on a warrant for failure to appear.
Areanna Rhea Curley was arrested on August 11 by CCSO Deputy Robert Scott on a warrant for failure to appear.
Austin M. Hughes was arrested on August 11 by CCSO Sgt. David Tranbarger on a warrant for failure to appear.
Christopher Ray Berry was arrested on August 11 by CCSO Deputy Morris Stewart on a warrant for violation of probation.

The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department: 
Christopher J. Boyd was arrested on August 11 by EPD Officer Spencer Ward for DUI (first offense), open container, expired registration, financial responsibility – no insurance, and driving while suspended (first offense).
Patience Nicole Walsh was arrested on August 11 by EPD Officer Justin Pearce on a warrant for violation of probation.
Tammy R. Williams was arrested on August 12 by EPD Officer Spencer Ward for resisting stop/arrest, public intoxication, and disorderly conduct.
Shane Raymond Taylor was arrested on August 12 by EPD Cpl. James Stevens for manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of methamphetamine/ drug/narcotic violations, driving while suspended (second or subsequent offense) and misuse of registration.
Kathy Jean Lyons was arrested on August 12 by EPD Officer Spencer Ward for public intoxication.
