According to a press release from Sheriff Ed Graybeal, Johnny McNabb Jr, age 23, 149 Horse Creek Rd, Chucky, Tennessee was arrested Monday afternoon following a 2020 residential burglary investigation. McNabb was indicted last year by a Washington County Grand Jury after investigators found his fingerprints at a burglary scene. He was booked into the Detention Center on a presentment warrant for  Aggravated Burglary and Theft of  Property with a $15,000 bond.
 
In addition to these charges, other outstanding warrants were also served on McNabb which include two counts of evading arrest by motor vehicle, reckless driving, driving on revoked, and two counts of Violation of Probation out of Criminal Court with No Bond.
 
McNabb will be arraigned in Criminal Court at its next term.
