The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
David Michael Broyles was arrested on May 13 by CCSO Sergeant Thomas Hill on a warrant for failure to appear.
Clarence Anthony Story was arrested on May 13 by CCSO Deputy Timothy Garland for aggravated assault.
Isaac Allen Keller was arrested on May 16 by CCSO Deputy Clyde Garland III for manufacture, delivery, sale or possession methamphetamine/drug/narcotic violations.
Bobby Joe Blakley was arrested on May 16 by CCSO Lieutenant Isaac Rhea on a warrant for failure to appear.
James Walter Lingerfelt was arrested on May 16 by CCSO Sergeant Eric Norman for possession for resale, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful removal of registration plate.
Larry Allen Buttry was arrested on May 16 by CCSO Lieutenant Isaac Rhea on a warrant for violation of probation.
Daryl J. McCoy was arrested on May 16 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for failure to appear.
Xavier Brant Goines was arrested on May 16 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for failure to appear.

The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:
George Dean Presnell Jr. was arrested on May 13 by EPD Officer Cody Mullins for Driving under the influence of intoxicants 1st offense/DUI.
Matt G. Simpson was arrested on May 15 by EPD Officer Franklin Peters for Driving under the influence of intoxicants 1st offense/DUI and violation of implied consent.
