The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Tonya Lee Mckinney was arrested on March 30 by CCSO Deputy Michael Malone on a warrant for failure to appear.
Randall Wayne Whitson was arrested on March 30 by CCSO Deputy Clyde Garland III for simple possession/casual exchange, failure to maintain a single lane of traffic, speeding +20, and manufacture, deliver, sale or possession of methamphetamine/drug.
Corey Scott Lyons was arrested on March 30 by CCSO Deputy Michael Malone on a warrant for violation of probation.
Tamara Rae Sutters was arrested on March 30 by CCSO Deputy Dennis Brown on a warrant for violation of probation.
Brandon Harles Yates was arrested on March 31 by CCSO Deputy Robert Scott on a warrant for failure to appear.
Shannon Michelle Tilson Cerezo was arrested on March 31 by CCSO Deputy Dennis Brown on a warrant for failure to appear.
Joseph Hicks was arrested on March 31 by CCSO Sergeant William Staschak on a warrant for failure to appear.
Corey Fergison was arrested on April 2 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Caudill for aggravated assault.
