FRANKLIN (AP) — A crash involving two vehicles in Tennessee killed one person and injured eight others, police said.
Franklin police said in a statement the crash occurred Sunday afternoon.
The injured were taken to three hospitals, news outlets reported. The extent of the injuries and details of the accident were not immediately released.
“Our prayers are with the involved families and their loved ones, and our hearts are heavy with the seriousness of such tragedy on this Easter Sunday,” the statement said.
