The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:
Linda Poplin was arrested on December 25 by EPD Officer Justin Pearce for public intoxication.
Linda Poplin was arrested on December 26 by EPD Officer Spencer Ward for public intoxication.
Jonathan Shawn Stanley was arrested on December 28 by EPD Sgt. Douglas Combs for driving while revoked (first offense), failure to comply with financial responsibility and removal of registration tag or decal.
Sonny James Acosta was arrested on December 29 by EPD Cpl. James Stevens on a warrant for failure to appear and a warrant for violation of probation.
Amber L. Pate was arrested on December 29 by EPD Officer Justin Pearce for public intoxication, Schedule III and Schedule IV violations.
