After helping the Elizabethton Cyclones win their second consecutive BlueCross Bowl Class 4A State Championship, standout Parker Hughes was named as the Tennessee Titan 2020 Mr. Football for Class 4A in ceremonies held today at Nissan Stadium – home of the Titans.
