Snow and ice-covered roads played a large part in an UPS truck going down an embankment and into the corner of a mobile home located at the corner of Earl Williams Rd. and Willow Springs Rd. on Tuesday.
A UPS truck made an unexpected stop at a mobile home located at the corner of Earl Williams Road and Willow Springs Road on Tuesday afternoon when the truck lost traction on a snow and ice-covered patch of road and slid over the embankment and into the corner of the mobile home.
No injuries were reported but the driver was a little shaken from a sleigh ride on four wheels.
And instead of the UPS slogan of ‘What can brown do for you’ this driver can be a little thankful that this mobile home did something for him by stopping him from advancing farther down the snowy hill behind the home.
