The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Dakota Sutton, 27, 416 West Maple St., Johnson City, was arrested on October 28 by Cpl. Steve Tipton for felony vandalism.
Hutch Sims, 23, 147 Betterley Place, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 28 by Cpl.  Steve Tipton for felony vandalism.
Victoria Carroll, 20, 1127 Weaver Branch Road, Bluff City, was arrested on October 29 by Sgt. Samantha Beckett on a warrant for failure to appear.
Kaylee Stout, 27, 409 Poga Road, Butler, was arrested on October 30 by Deputy Justin Burchfield on three warrants for failure to appear, theft over $10,000 and theft of property and aggravated burglary.
Thomas Yeager, 34, 1833 Volunteer Parkway, Bristol, was arrested on October 30 by Lt. Travis Ludlow on a warrant for violation of probation.
Nicholas Malantonio, 38, address withheld, was arrested on October 30 by Deputy Cody Farley for domestic assault.
Kala Stover, 35, 199 Swimming Pool Road, Hampton, was arrested on October 31 by Deputy Cody Farley on a warrant for violation of probation, manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jerry Holdren, 42, 903 Pine Ridge Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 1 by Sgt. Eric Norman on a warrant for failure to appear.
Genevieve Baldwin, 45, 1405 E. Unaka Ave., Johnson City, was arrested on November 1 by Sgt. William Staschak for resisting stop, halt, frisk and a warrant for failure to appear.
Sebastian Wilmoth, 22, 783 Sugar Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 2 by Sgt. William Staschak on a warrant for failure to appear.
Amber Hammons, 18, 783 Sugar Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on November 2 by Sgt. William Staschak on a warrant for failure to appear.

Kacey Hornsby, 32, 115 T J Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 31 by EPD Sgt. Matt Croy for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
Naomi Tarket, 42, 3002 South Roan St., Johnson City, was arrested on November 1 by EPD Sgt. Matt Croy for DUI.
