This week’s Tennessee prep polls in Class 6A show the Dobyns-Bennett Indians dropping two spots from number three to number five after their loss to Science Hill last week with the Hilltoppers picking up 12 votes this week.

The most noted jump was by a number seven Riverdale that leap-frogged four spots over top of two one-loss teams to move into third place.

In Class 5A, David Crockett moved up one slot after their win over Daniel Boone in the Musket Bowl last week while Tennessee High received 20 points keeping them outside of the top 10.

The Elizabethton Cyclones remains the unanimous #1 in Class 4A once again as the Cyclones will be gunning to record their second straight 10-0 regular season and extend their win streak to 25 when they play Central Friday night.

Greeneville comes in ninth this week followed by Sullivan South in 10th, a team the Cyclones beat handily last week.

In Class 2A, the Hampton Bulldogs and South Greene Rebels remain in the top 10 but both have been stagnated in movement the last couple of weeks.

Here is this week’s Tennessee Prep Poll.
