The golden heart of our beloved Dad, Grandpa, brother, uncle and friend, Jackie Edward Shaffer stopped beating on October 16, 2020 at Holston Valley Medical Center. He was preceded in death by our dad and mom, Earl and Lissie Shaffer and our brother Robert. Those left behind for a little while are his beloved children, Shannon (Angie) Shaffer, Dusty (Kayla) Shaffer, Misty Shaffer, his brother Harvey, his sisters,Sue (Raymond) Bowers, Sandy Davis and Earlene (Rick) Trivett
And Grandchildren he dearly loved, Jacob, Jeremiah, Lukis, Bella, Jaxon, Carson, Anna, Peyton, Michael and Cheyenne. His niece and best friend, Kristie Bishop. His girlfriend Deanna Ingram and all of his nieces and nephews. Jack was a mechanic, he loved to hunt and fish. Jack loved the Lord and was of the Freewill Baptist faith. Jack was loved by all who knew him. He has so many close friends it would be impossible to name them all. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Walk slowly little brother until we are by your side.
