Harley Richardson, 83, Elizabethton, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at Cornerstone Living, Johnson City after an extended illness. A native of Carter County, he was a son of the late Wiley T. & Annie Pearl Williams Richardson. He was retired from Williams Electric, Johnson City. He was a member of Y Free Will Baptist Church, Johnson City. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife: Elize Thomas Richardson who passed away October 26, 1999, by a son: Harley Eric Richardson, two sisters: Sylvia Richardson and Florence Stevens and three brothers: Carl, Franklin and Stephen Paul Richardson. His hobby was yard sales and flea markets.
Survivors include two daughters; Barbara Nelson, Erwin and Penny Hamm, Johnson City. Five Grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. One Brother: Everette Richardson. Several nieces & nephews.
Graveside Service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, October 22, 2020 in the Crowe Cemetery with Pastor Gene Fleanor officiating. Burial will follow the service. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Friends may register their presence at the funeral home 1 to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. Thursday to go in procession to the cemetery.
