The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Janice Scalf, 51, 1307 Rittertown Road, Hampton, was arrested on October 12 by Deputy Cory Locklear on a warrant for failure to appear.
Ashley Wilson, 29, 505 Lee St., Apartment A or C, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 12 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for leaving the scene of an accident, financial responsibility and driving on revoked.
Ralph Sams, 49, 1110 Valley St., Elizabethton, was arrested on October 12 by Sgt. Thomas Hill on a warrant for violation of probation.
Jason Danner, 41, 197 Echo Lane, Bluff City, was arrested on October 12 by Deputy Steve Tipton for introduction of contraband in a penal institution.
Kassie Shelley, 28, 114 Canter Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 13 by Sgt. Thomas Hill on a warrant for failure to appear.
Genevieve Baldwin, 45, 1405 E. Unaka Ave., Johnson City, was arrested on October 13 by Deputy Cody Farley on a warrant for failure to appear.
Haley Hodge, 19, 505 Duel Lane, Jonesborough, was arrested on October 13 by Lt. Isaac Rhea on a warrant for failure to appear.
Joseph Shivery, 32, 128 Lynnwood Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on October 13 by Deputy Justin Burchfield on a warrant for violation of community corrections.
Brandon Blackwell, 32, 524 Highway 321, Hampton, was arrested on October 14 by Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant for failure to appear.
Kenneth Powell, 36, 135 Railroad St., Hampton, was arrested on October 14 by Deputy Justin Covington for possession of methamphetamine.
Ivan Lindo, 33, 805 Earnest St., Johnson City, was arrested on October 14 by Deputy Erica Huskins on a warrant for failure to appear.
Sarah Metcalf, 39, 1414 Spruce St., Johnson City, was arrested on October 14 by Deputy Justin Johnson for criminal impersonation and on a warrant for violation of probation.
Derek Causby, 37, 222 Courage Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 15 by Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant for failure to appear.
Daniel Robinson, 53, 413 Field Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 14 by Deputy Erica Huskins on two warrants for failure to appear.
Christopher Miller, 31, 1092 Rittertown Road, Hampton, was arrested on October 15 by Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant for simple assault (domestic) and interference with emergency calls.
Edward Garland, 43, 1298 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on October 15 by Sgt. Johnathon Blevins on a warrant for failure to appear.
Rusty Hyder, 40, 129 Hopper Road, Johnson City, was arrested on October 15 by Sgt. Johnathon Blevins on two warrants for failure to appear and on a warrant for violation of probation.

Tiffany Reed, 28, 1019 Arney St., Elizabethton, was arrested on October 13 by EPD Officer James Stevens for methamphetamine-manufacture, deliver, sell, unlawful, drug paraphernalia, Schedule III controlled substance, Schedule IV controlled substance and on a warrant for violation of probation.
Korbin Roberts, 24, 155 Rainbow Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 14 by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett for public intoxication.
Johnny Berry, 54, 153 Rainbow Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 14 by EPD Officer James Stevens on a warrant for failure to appear.
Natasha Nidiffer, 34, 400 Academy St., Elizabethton, was arrested on October 15 by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett for driving on revoked license 1st, violation of light law, failure to comply with financial responsibility, unlawful drug paraphernalia and on a warrant for violation of community corrections.
