The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Candace Barron, 46, 706 Fairview Road, Hampton, was arrested on September 28 by Deputy Cody Farley on a warrant for unlawful possession of a weapon.
Cassie Nichols, 33, 732 Bancroft Chapel Road, Kingsport, was arrested on September 28 by Deputy Cory Locklear for DUI and violation of implied consent.
Clarence Story, 50, 141 Garrison Hollow, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 28 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for violation of probation.
Christian Obrien, 26, 5530 Hwy. 67 West, Mountain City, was arrested on September 28 by Deputy Cory Locklear for theft over $1,000.
Shelby Hoglan, 21, 109 Rosenbaum Private Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 28 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for failure to appear.
Troy Ellison, 22, 1239 Dry Creek Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 29 by Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant for violation of probation.
James Stewart, 47, 121 Lynn Road, Johnson City, was arrested on September 29 by Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant for violation of probation.
Stacy Hatley, 49, 180 Little Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on September 29 by Deputy Richard Whitt on a warrant for violation of community correction.
Lathena Birchfield, 44, address withheld, was arrested on September 29 by Deputy Christopher Caudill for domestic assault.
Charlie Hughes, 26, 930 Rittertown Road, Hampton, was arrested on September 29 by Deputy Christopher Caudill for resisting stop, frisk, halt, arrest or search prevention or obstruction of service of legal writ or process and on a warrant for failure to appear.
Daniel Morris, 38, address withheld, was arrested on September 29 by Deputy Dakota Mullins for domestic assault.
Angela Carrol, 25, address withheld, was arrested on September 29 by Deputy Dakota Mullins for domestic assault.
Rodney Adkins, 31, 520 East E St., Elizabethton, was arrested on September 30 by Sgt. William Staschak on a warrant for violation of probation.
Wilburn Norris, 50, 208 Old Lacey Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 30 by Sgt. William Staschak on a warrant for theft of property over $2,500 and chop shop.
Kimberly Knox, 36, 100 North Roan St., Johnson City, was arrested on September 30 by Lt. Travis Ludlow on a warrant for failure to appear.
Sheri Johnson, 48, 3048 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 30 by Deputy Dakota Mullins for driving while being restricted as a habitual motor offender and DUI.

Nathan Bowers, 61, no address, was arrested on September 30 by EPD Officer Joshua Riddle for violation of an order of protection.
Kenneth Pearson, 34, 1684 Highway 19E, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 30 by EPD Officer Joshua Riddle for driving on a revoked license (third offense), violation of light law, failure to comply with financial responsibility and on a warrant for driving on a revoked license.
Ashley Lusk, 33, 142 Hunters Ridge Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 30 by EPD Officer James Stevens on a warrant for violation of probation.
Jacob Richards, 23, 53 Charleston Square, Johnson City, was arrested on September 30 by EPD Cpl. James Deese for reckless driving and DUI (first offense).
Charlie Reece, 55, 1112 Stateline Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 1 by EPD Officer Jesse Richardson for reckless endangerment x2 and disorderly conduct.
John Blankenship, 38, 608 Locust St., Elizabethton, was arrested on October 1 by EPD Officer James Stevens on a warrant for violation of probation.
