Patty Woodby to serve as interim mayor

Patty Woodby won 17 to 6 on Monday evening to be selected as the chairperson for the Carter County Commission.
Following the passing of Mayor Rusty Barnett, the chairperson will serve as interim mayor, which Woodby will now serve as.
Travis Hill was selected as vice-chair during the meeting.
