- Food City makes donation to ARM The Assistance and Resources Ministry has been blessed by our Elizabethton Food City Grocery with a gift of $2500.00 to support the operation of ARM's food pantry for deserving Carter County families. ARM continues to provide monthly food during the pandemic, opening on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 10 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Pictured are Les Musick, Food City store manager, and Faye Ingram, ARM executive director.
