There is just something about a toe-tapping tune that seems to lift the spirit and for just a little while allowing the mind to relax from all the outside elements that seem to creep their way into the 2020 year.
Thankfully, many have found that time of relaxation during the Covered Bridge Jams sponsored by the Elizabethton Star and the Elizabethton Parks and Recreation Department.
Star Photographer Larry Souders stopped in on Saturday of this past week and took in the sounds of some Bluegrass Gospel being played by Hollow Ground for those in attendance and took a few photos of the evening’s event.
