From coast to coast and North to South local lakes have recently filled with boat parades in support of President Donald Trump and Watauga Lake was no different on Saturday with reports of nearly 500 boats of all shapes and sizes passing close by the shoreline to allow onlookers a chance to look over their decorations and offer a friendly wave.
South Holston Lake also had a similar parade with reports from all across the country sharing of similar displays of support.
A report out of Gainesville, Ga., stated that organizers were expecting 700 boaters for their parade and ended up having nearly 4,000 boats by the time the parade was completed.
Star Photographer Larry Souders hit the shores along the Watauga and captured amazing photos of the day’s festivities along with hundreds of others that had gathered.
