The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Reeca Purner, 41, 208 Johnson Street, Roan Mountain, was arrested on September 1 by Deputy Erica Huskins on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thomas Carter, 47, 400 Railroad Street, Erwin, was arrested on September 1 by Sergeant William Staschak on a warrant for failure to appear.

Arial Wright, 26, 148 Betterley Place, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 1 by Deputy Brian Smithpeters on a warrant for failure to appear.

Kimberly Munday, 28, 207 Perry Street, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 1 by Sergeant William Staschak on a warrant for violation of probation.

Cody Farmer, 33, 338 East 4th Street, Watauga, was arrested on September 1 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for violation of community corrections.

Brad Mullins, 39, 171 Renfro Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 1 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for theft over $1,000.

Kandice Woodby, 19, 413 Rockhouse Road, Johnson City, was arrested on September 1 by Deputy Dakota Mullins for disorderly conduct.

Kevin Brown, 37, 1301 Bob Ledford Street, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 1 by Deputy Dakota Mullins on warrants for aggravated assault, manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear.

Shawn Seaboch, 41, Bob Little Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 2 by Deputy Candice Potter on a warrant for failure to appear.

Lenard Morgan, 45, 111 Morgan Lane, Roan Mountain, was arrested on September 2 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for failure to appear.

Freddie Miller, 52, 150 Shadden Springs, Gray, was arrested on September 2 by Deputy Mckenly Berry for possession of methamphetamine.

John Isaacs, 41, 1344 Broad Street, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 2 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for failure to appear.

Michael Nave, 36, 2763 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 2 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for failure to appear and violation of probation.

Cody Miller, 21, 160 Blue Grass Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on September 2 by Lieutenant Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for failure to appear.

Heather Culler, 26, 1240 Bluefield Avenue, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 2 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for failure to appear.

Robert Hampton, 58, 117 Garrett Estep Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 2 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for failure to appear.

Carrol Brandon, 37, 626 Lamont Street, Johnson City, was arrested on September 2 by Deputy Candice Potter on a warrant for failure to appear.

Keith Smith, 60, 608 Locust Street, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 2 by Deputy Candice Potter on a warrant for failure to appear.

Devaunte Phillips, 22, 107 Hidden Cove Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 1 by Deputy Candice Potter on a warrant for failure to appear.

The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:

Stephen Harper, 37, 11111 Highway 421, Shady Valley, was arrested on September 1 by EPD Sergeant Douglas Combs for driving on suspended license 7th offense, misuse of evidence of registration, failure to comply with financial responsibility and on a warrant for violation of probation.

Edward Guinn, 51, no address, was arrested on September 1 by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett for public intoxication.

Dakota English, 23, 120 Cedar Grove Road, Johnson City, was arrested on September 2 by EPD Sergeant Douglas Combs for driving on suspended license 3rd offense, theft-possession of stolen property and on a warrant for violation of probation and failure to appear.

Daniel Depew, 35, 2024 West G Street, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 2 by EPD Captain Patrick White for public intoxication.

Barry Spicer, 41, 1511 Highway 67 N, Trade, was arrested on September 2 by EPD Corporal James Deese for public intoxication, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and simple assault.

Daniel Webb, 20, 735 West H Street, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 9 by EPD Sergeant Curtis Bullock for possession of schedule VI for resale, unlawful drug paraphernalia and a warrant for failure to appear.

Ashley Ray, 27, 208 Allen Avenue, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 3 by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson for DUI 1st offense, driving on a suspended license 1st offense, drivers to exercise due care, theft-possession of stolen property, possession of a firearm during commission/attempt to and schedule I drug violations.

Juan Hill, 34, 208 Allen Avenue, Elizabethton, was arrested on September 3 by EPD Captain Anthony Buck for public intoxication, theft of property, unlawful carrying or possession of a weapon and possession of a controlled substance.
