The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Dylan Berry, 27, no address, was arrested on August 28 by Deputy Jonathan Simerly on a warrant for domestic assault.

Thomas Robinson, 32, 1113 East Lakeview Drive, Johnson City, was arrested on August 28 by Deputy Michael Gray for vandalism.

Kristin Honeycutt, 28, 500 Jena Beth Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 28 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for failure to appear.

Harley Miller, 19, 112 Mountain View Circle, Johnson City, was arrested on August 28 by Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant for violation of probation.

Joseph Salazar, 22, 272 Holston Mountain Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 29 by Deputy Robert Scott for DUI 1st and open container.

Devaunte Phillips, 22, 107 Hidden Cove Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 29 by Sergeant Eric Norman on a warrant for violation of parole.

Robert Mathes, 52, 1207 Thomas Boulevard, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 29 by Sergeant David Tranbarger on a warrant for failure to appear.

Brian Heatherly, 23, 361 HWY 91, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 29 by Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant for violation of probation.

Melinda Montgomery, 28, 607 Florence Street, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 29 by Lieutenant Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for violation of probation.

Jesse Grindstaff, 42, 119 Shenandoah Drive, Johnson City, was arrested on August 30 by Deputy Robert Scott on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tyler Houser, 27, 1207 Highway 143, Roan Mountain, was arrested on August 30 by Lieutenant Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for aggravated domestic assault and resisting arrest.

Jonathan Branson, 37, 904 McArthur Drive, Johnson City, was arrested on August 30 by Sergeant Eric Norman on a warrant for violation of probation.

Edward Street, 56, 152 Hampton Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on August 30 by Sergeant Eric Norman on a warrant for failure to appear.

Elizabeth Villarreal, 29, 100 Pine Street, Johnson City, was arrested on August 31 by Sergeant Michael Malone on a warrant for violation of probation.

Kimberly White, 42, 3903 Marable Lane, Johnson City, was arrested on August 31 by Sergeant Michael Malone on a warrant for failure to appear.

Michael Osborne, 44, 359 Cherokee Mountain Road, Jonesborough, was arrested on August 31 by Sergeant Michael Malone on a warrant for failure to appear.

Juan Hill, 34, 156 Frontage Road, Johnson City, was arrested on August 31 by Deputy Cory Locklear on a warrant for failure to appear and on a warrant for DUI, driving while revoked and financial responsibility.

Tony Hildebrand, 22, 313 Fox Hollow Lane, Bluff City, was arrested on August 31 by Sergeant Eric Norman for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting stop, frisk, halt, arrest.

Lonnie Oliver, 42, 537 Jena Beth Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 31 by Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant for violation of probation.
