The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Bruce Kuntz, 42, 381 Possum Hollow Road, Johnson City, was arrested on August 17 by Lt. Amanda Little on a warrant for failure to appear and a warrant for violation of probation.
David Hussey, 31, 4915 Bluff City Highway, Bluff City, was arrested on August 17 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for violation of probation.
Billy Johnson, 62, 315 Reynolds Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 17 by Deputy Cory Locklear for driving on revoked/suspended (second offense).
Jennifer Boardwine, 45, 405 Salem St., Kingsport, was arrested on August 17 by Sgt. Michael Malone on a warrant for theft over $1,000 and a warrant for burglary of a motor vehicle.
Robert Hyder, 50, 2226 West G St., Elizabethton, was arrested on August 17 by Deputy Cody Farley on a warrant for failure to appear.
Jodie Crum Lamb, 35, 273 Old Snapps Ferry Road, Chucky, was arrested on August 18 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for violation of probation.
Joshua Reece, 35, 102 Mountain Hollow Court, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 18 by Deputy Steve Tipton on two warrants for violation of probation.
Judy White, 40, 260 Old Oak Lane, Bluff City, was arrested on August 18 by Deputy Cody Farley on a warrant for failure to appear.
Kirk Smith, 40, 2140 West G St., Elizabethton, was arrested on August 18 by Deputy Erica Huskins on a warrant for violation of probation.
Derek Vanhoy, 42, 407 East Fourth Ave., Watauga, was arrested on August 18 by Deputy Erica Huskins on a warrant for violation of probation.
Leonard McInturff, 42, 104 Wilson Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on August 18 by Deputy Erica Huskins on a warrant for violation of probation.
William Bryer, 21, 156 Swimming Pool Road, Hampton, was arrested on August 19 by Deputy Erica Huskins on a warrant for violation of probation.
Raymond Anderson, 41, address withheld, was arrested on August 19 by Deputy Cory Locklear for simple possession/casual exchange, two counts of methamphetamine less than .5 and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Dan DiGiacomo, 30, 194 Swimming Pool Road, Hampton, was arrested on August 19 by Lt. James Nienast on a warrant for violation of probation.
James Cline, 22, 1106 South Cedar Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 19 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for violation of probation.
Jennifer Boardwine, 45, 405 Salem St., Apt. 4, Kingsport, was arrested on August 19 by Investigator Roger Brown for theft of property.
Katie Buchanan, 22, 127 Hopson Road, Johnson City, was arrested on August 19 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for theft over $1,000.
Devan Billings, 19, 127 Hopson Road, Johnson City, was arrested on August 19 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for theft over $1,000.
Jimmy Coffey, 49, 727 Sugar Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 19 by Deputy Christopher Caudill for domestic assault.
Dilian Rankin, 26, 108 Colbaugh Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 19 by Deputy Erica Huskins on two warrants for violation of probation and a warrant for failure to appear.
Tabitha Holtsclaw, 33, 2800 West Walnut St., Johnson City, was arrested on August 20 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on two warrants for failure to appear.
Britton Babb, 30, 1544 Broad St., Elizabethton, was arrested on August 20 by Deputy Erica Huskins on a warrant for failure to appear.
Damon Buckles, 20, 404 West Jackson Blvd., Jonesborough, was arrested on August 20 by Deputy Erica Huskins on a warrant for violation of probation (second offense).

Staci Manning, 36, 701 Hemlock St., Elizabethton, was arrested on August 19 by EPD Officer Justin Johnson for possession of methamphetamine for resale and unlawful drug paraphernalia.
Ricky Bowers, 33, no address, was arrested on August 19 by EPD Officer David Johnson on a warrant for failure to appear and a warrant for violation of probation.
