The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Johnny Forbes, 37, 2719 South Roan St., Johnson City, was arrested on August 13 by Deputy Erin Potter on a warrant for failure to appear.
Amber Ryans, 31, 3882 Highway 75, Johnson City, was arrested on August 13 by Lt. Amanda Little on a warrant for failure to appear.
Shawn Thrift, 36, 3238 Wil Rho Circle, Kingsport, was arrested on August 13 by Deputy Erin Potter on a warrant for violation of probation.
Matthew Cutshall, 42, 2657 Hwy. 107, Chuckey, was arrested on August 13 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis on two warrants for failure to appear.
Jeffery Miller, 28, 125 Hankel Road, Gray, was arrested on August 11 by Deputy Christian Carrier for driving while license revoked.
James Wishon, 37, 914 W. Main St., Johnson City, was arrested on August 13 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis for vandalism.
Laura Watts, 31, 1800 West Lakeview Drive, Johnson City, was arrested on August 14 by Deputy Robert Scott for possession of stolen property, drug paraphernalia and driving on revoked (third offense),
Robert Mathes, 52, address withheld, was arrested on August 14 by Deputy Clyde Garland for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and simple possession.
Aaron Boling, 39, 1004 Hickory Tree Road, Bluff City, was arrested on August 14 by Deputy Kevin Kemp on a warrant for violation of probation.
Bryon Tolley, 40, 200 North East St., Elizabethton, was arrested on August 14 by Lt. Isaac Rhea on a warrant for violation of probation x2.
Robert James, 47, 126 Sunview Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 14 by Deputy Thomas Hill for DUI (second offense) and driving while revoked.
Corey Willis, 32, 109 Gay Fletcher Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 15 by Deputy Cody Farley for resisting stop/frisk and possession for resale – Schedule VI.
Gilda Danner, 41, 165 Sheets Road, Hampton, was arrested on August 15 by Deputy Thomas Hill on a warrant for illegal possession or fraudulent use of credit card.
Wayne McCauley, 24, 126 Connie Lane, Unicoi, was arrested on August 15 by Sgt. William Staschak on a warrant for failure to appear.
Anthony Stewart, 29, 411 Highland Ave., Johnson City, was arrested on August 15 by Deputy Cody Farley on a warrant for failure to appear.
Kelton Brzostowski, 25, address withheld, was arrested on August 16 by Deputy Christopher Caudill for domestic assault.
Shane Helbert, 42, 140 Carr Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 16 by Deputy Cody Farley for public intoxication, simple possession/casual exchange -Schedule VI and simple possession/casual exchange – Schedule IV.
Kevin Plank, 42, 257 Knob Creek Dock Road, Johnson City, was arrested on August 16 by Deputy Erin Potter on a warrant for failure to appear.
Micah Russell, 21, 124 Old County Road, Hampton, was arrested on August 16 by Deputy Erin Potter on a warrant for failure to appear.
Robert Frith, 27, 1957 Dave Buck Road, Johnson City, was arrested on August 17 by Deputy Cody Farley on a warrant for fugitive from justice and assault.
The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:
Leonard McInturff, 42, homeless, was arrested on August 14 by EPD Officer James Stevens for possession of methamphetamine for resale, possession of Schedule VI and unlawful drug paraphernalia.
Nathan Bowers, 61, 122 Dan Bowers Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 15 by EPD Officer Matt Croy for public intoxication.
Rocky Bridgeman, 33, 110 Nannie Smith Road, Hampton, was arrested on August 16 by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett for DUI and violation of muffler law.
