The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Kevin Roberts, 22, 146 Browns Branch Road, Hampton, was arrested on August 10 by Deputy Erin Potter on a warrant for violation of probation.

Hutch Sims, 22, 130 Emerald Point, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 10 by Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant for violation of bond supervision.

Matthew Mckinney, 26, 116 Commodore Avenue, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 11 by Deputy Michael Gray on a warrant for violation of probation.

Keith Peterson, 31, 185 Golf Course Road, Unicoi, was arrested on August 12 by Sergeant David Tranbarger on a warrant for failure to appear.

Danny Nelson-Davis, 49, 161 Miller Hollow Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on August 12 by Deputy Candice Potter for aggravated assault.

Jerry Fitzgerald, 43, 700 Forest Avenue, Johnson City, was arrested on August 12 by Deputy Candice Potter for vandalism.

Joseph Savage, 41, 161 W. M. Savage Road, Johnson City, was arrested on August 12 by Sergeant Eric Norman on a warrant for failure to appear.

Bridget Wyatt, 33, 184 Hobson Branch Road, Weaverville, NC, was arrested on August 13 by Sergeant Eric Norman on a warrant for failure to appear.

The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:

John Church, 28, 705 Cobb Creek Road, Butler, was arrested on August 11 by EPD Officer Matt Croy for shoplifting, criminal impersonation, simple possession of schedule VI and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Edward Guinn, 51, No address, was arrested on August 12 by EPD Sergeant Sarah Ellison for public intoxication.

Brittany Lowe, 31, 1292 Blue Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on August 13 by EPD Officer Joshua Riddle on a warrant for violation of probation.
