Tony Michael Church, 57, of Hampton, passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2020, at Johnson City Medical Center after a brief illness. He was a lifelong resident of Carter County.
Tony loved his family very much and will be greatly missed by all those who knew him.
Tony was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Church, and sister, Teresa Ann Sims.
Tony is survived by his father, Kenneth Church Sr.; brothers, Tim Church and wife Beverly, Ken Church Jr. and wife Tina, Greg Church and Nancy Glass; sisters, Debbie Oliver and Bryan Hollifield, and Nancy Tate and husband Nathan; along with several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Tony’s last act of kindness on this earth was helping others by being an organ donor. No services will be held.
The family does ask that you remember them in your prayers in the days, weeks, and months to come.
