Local Pizza Inn closes until July 25th

The Elizabethton Pizza Inn announced via a Facebook post that effective today – Friday, July 10, 2020, that the eatery would be closed until July 25, 2020, due to a team member testing positive for COVID-19.
The statement read, “In an abundance of caution after learning that one of our team members tested positive for COVID-19, we have decided to temporarily close until July 25th to ensure for the safety of our staff and customers.”
According to the statement, the last day that the team member worked was on Sunday, July 5th.
The decision was made after sanitation protocols were followed and that ultimately the decision had to be made.
Pizza Inn thanked everyone for their continued business.
