Emory Glenn Little, 83, Elizabethton, passed away Sunday, June 7, 2020, at Life Care Center of Elizabethton.
A native of Carter County, he was a son of the late Charles and Annie Clark Little.
Glenn was a 1954 graduate of Elizabethton High School and East Tennessee State University. He served in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict.
Glenn was employed as a Designer at the Mead Corporation in Kingsport and also Great Lakes in Elizabethton. He was a member of Valley Forge United Methodist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Carl, Bob, John and Richard Little.
Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Dorothy Walsh Little; three sons, Mike (Julie) Little of North Carolina, Randy Little, Elizabethton, and Steve (Renee) Little of New York; five grandchildren, Gabe, Simon, a special granddaughter Alena, and Ryan of Elizabethton, and Christian Emory, Jamestown, N.Y.; a step-grandson, Devon of New York; two sisters, Charlsie Little of Elizabethton and Phyllis Little of Johnson City; and two brothers, Ronnie Little and Kenny Little, both of Elizabethton. Several nieces and nephews include a special niece, Judy Little of Elizabethton.
A private graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 11, in the Mountain Home National Cemetery. Friends may register their presence from noon until 5 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Glenn to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
