Tennessee COVID-19 cases continue to climb

The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Tennessee is now 21,679 as of May 28. There are now 14,632 recovered patients.
The number of deaths is now being listed as 356, with 1,689 hospitalizations.
A total of 403,504 tests have been conducted in the state as of now.
For Carter County, there have now been 19 confirmed cases. 18 cases are recovered, and one has died.
During this time, it is highly recommended that you continue practicing proper hygiene, including hand washing for a minimum of 20 seconds, and follow social distancing guidelines.
