In honor of Cloudland High School’s Top 10 Percent
In honor of the graduates of 2020, we have reached out to Elizabethton and Carter County schools to share their Top 10 Percent in recognition of their hard work.
Earlier this week, the Top 10 Percent from Elizabethton High School were featured, now we are showing the Top 10 Percent from Cloudland.
Cloudland High School guidance counselor, Shellie McKinney, reached out to the school’s students to share their stories.
Without further adieu, here are Cloudland’s Top 10 Percent.
Jaynes is the daughter of Joe and Marsha Jaynes. She plans to attend University of Tennessee Knoxville and study agriculture. Her favorite memories in high school are FFA trips.
Jarrett is the daughter of Wade and Brenda Jarrett. She plans to attend Northeast State Community College. Her favorite memories from school are bus rides to band competitions and football games.
Greene is the daughter of Stephen and Lorraine Greene. She plans to attend the University of Florida to study marine biology. Her favorite memory from school was a field trip to Roan Mountain State Park junior year.
Gibbs is the son of Kyle and Emillie Davis. He plans to attend East Tennessee State University.
Harrison is the daughter of John and Christina Harrison. She plans to attend Tusculum University. Her favorite school memories include cheerleading, long bus rides to games and spending time with friends.
Baldwin is the daughter of Toby and Jocie Baldwin. She plans to attend Northeast State Community College. Her favorite school memory is winning the band competition her freshman year.
Birchfield is the son of Randy and Cindy Birchfield. He plans to attend Northeast State Community College.
Johnson is the daughter of Johnny Johnson. She plans to attend Northeast State Community College.
Birchfield is the daughter of Matt and Kerri Birchfield. She plans to attend Walters State Community College. Her favorite school memory is playing in two substate basketball games with her teammates.
