COVID-19 cases in Tennessee close to 19,000

The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Tennessee is now 18,961 as of May 21. There are now 12,191 recovered patients.
The number of deaths is now being listed as 313, with 1,539 hospitalizations.
A total of 360,583 tests have been conducted in the state as of now.
For Carter County, there have now been 19 confirmed cases. 17 cases are recovered, and one has died.
During this time, it is highly recommended that you continue practicing proper hygiene, including hand washing for a minimum of 20 seconds, and follow social distancing guidelines.
