The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Mark Williams, 42, 133 Harrison Street Hollow Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on May 5 by Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant for failure to appear.
Matthew Alvarad-Smith, 22, 2214 2nd St., Bristol, was arrested on May 5 by Deputy Jared Bailey for public intoxication.
Devaunte Phillips, 22, 107 Hidden Cove Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested on May 5 by Deputy Jared Bailey on a warrant for failure to appear.
Kimberly Gibson, 54, 102 Mountain Hollow Court, Elizabethton, was arrested on May 5 by Deputy Morris Stewart on a warrant for failure to appear.
Brittany Lowe, 31, 1292 Blue Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on May 5 by Deputy Jared Bailey on a warrant for theft of property.
Joshua Grindstaff, 44, address withheld, was arrested on May 6 by Deputy Clyde Garland for resisting stop/frisk and vandalism.
Roger Conley, 27, 1220 Carrol Creek Road, Johnson City, was arrested on May 6 by Deputy Clyde Garland on a warrant for violation of probation.
Adam Steele, 36, 220 Huskins Road, Erwin, was arrested on May 6 by Deputy Justin Covington for three counts of possession for resale, paraphernalia possession, financial responsibility law, improper registration, driving while suspended, reckless endangerment (serious injury or use of a deadly weapon), evading arrest while operating a motor vehicle, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment (no weapon, no injury), vandalism, evading arrest while operating a motor vehicle, failure to give immediate notice of accident, driving while suspended and a warrant for failure to appear.
Calen Sinclair, 26, 135 Woodridge Road, Jonesborough, was arrested on May 6 by Deputy Gabriel Felty on a warrant for violation of probation.
Cody Hicks, 61, 3406 Browns Mill Road, Johnson City, was arrested on May 7 by Deputy Erica Huskins on a warrant for violation of probation.
Marcia Fickle, 52, 1007 Mt. Holston Road, Bluff City, was arrested on May 7 by Deputy Justin Covington for fugitive from justice.
Jordan Burgos, 24, 1957 Dave Buck Road, Johnson City, was arrested on May 7 by Sgt. Johnathon Blevins on a warrant for failure to appear.
Patricia Clark, 46, 164 Webb Hollow, Newland, N.C., was arrested on May 7 by Deputy Caleb Rojek for aggravated assault.
Donald Scalf, 46, 315 Wade Bulla Road, Watauga, was arrested on May 8 by Deputy Dustin Mullins on a warrant for failure to appear.
Christian Miller, 29, 103 Mountain View Drive, Johnson City, was arrested on May 8 by Deputy Cody Farley on a warrant for violation of probation.
Bradley Necessary, 22, 1311 E. Unaka Ave., Johnson City, was arrested on May 8 by Deputy Cody Farley on a warrant for failure to appear.

Zachary Philhower, 26, no address, was arrested on May 5 by EPD Officer Danial Hensley for public intoxication and unlawful drug paraphernalia.
Dusti Powers, 33, 1024 Hartsville Pike, Gallatin, was arrested on May 7 by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett for public intoxication and simple possession/casual exchange.
Edward Guinn, 50, no address, was arrested on May 7 by EPD Officer Lance Peters for public intoxication.
