The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Joshua Oliver, 27, 1614 Dixon St., Elizabethton, was arrested on April 17 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for violation of probation.
Shane Helbert, 42, 140 Carr Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on April 17 by Deputy Robert Scott on a warrant for arson.
Tyler Siebenthal, 24, 509 West F St., Elizabethton, was arrested on April 18 by Sgt. William Staschak on two warrants for failure to appear.
Patricia Whitehead, 43, 739 Sugar Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on April 19 by Sgt. David Tranbarger on a warrant for violation of probation.
Jessica Baumgardner, 42, address withheld, was arrested on April 19 by Deputy Clyde Garland for domestic assault.
Shea Holly, 31, 3726 West Market St., Johnson City, was arrested on April 19 by Deputy Erica Huskins on a warrant for violation of probation.
Adrean Clark, 37, 2609 Park Ave., Johnson City, was arrested on April 17 by Lt. Travis Ludlow on a warrant for failure to appear.
Katie Harrell-Sims, 32, 646 Old Railroad Grade Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on April 20 by Deputy Justin Johnson for possession of stolen property (more than $1,000), possession of drug paraphernalia and improper display of registration.
The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:
Eric Swain, 34, 4977 Highway 19E, Hampton, was arrested on April 17 by EPD Officer Joshua Baggett for public intoxication.
Larry Howell, 67, 233 West Elk Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on April 18 by EPD Officer Eric Buck for DUI.
Matthew Walters, 18, address withheld, was arrested on April 19 by EPD Officer Lance Peters for evading arrest.
Edward Harris, 32, 823 Austin Springs Road, Johnson City, was arrested on April 20 by EPD Officer Joshua Riddle for public intoxication, vandalism under $1,000 and domestic assault.
