COVID-19 cases, deaths and recoveries continue to rise in Tennessee

The number of COVID-19 cases in Tennessee has now reached 3,331 as of April 4. The number of cases in Carter County is sitting at three. There are now 416 recovered patients.
In addition to Carter County local cases include 22 in Washington County, 18 in Sullivan County, 16 in Greene County, nine in Hawkins County, two in Johnson County and one in Unicoi County.
The number of deaths is now being listed as 43, with 311 hospitalizations.
During this time, it is highly recommended that you follow proper hygiene, including hand washing for a minimum of 20 seconds, and continuing to practice social distancing.
