The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Tierah Arp, 29, 1608 Persinger Drive, Watauga, was arrested on February 11 by Deputy Clyde Garland on a warrant for failure to report and serve jail time and a warrant for violation of probation.

Travis Oliver, 38, 104 Nave St., Hampton, was arrested on February 11 by Deputy Morris Stewart on a warrant for violation of probation.

Phillip Bradley, 23, 155 Rainbow Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested on February 12 by Deputy Justin Covington on warrants for driving on suspended (third offense) and evading arrest.

Michael Campbell, 31, address withheld, was arrested on February 13 by Deputy Clyde Garland for aggravated assault and possession of a handgun while under the influence.

Dovie Campbell, 32, address withheld, was arrested on February 13 by Deputy Clyde Garland for domestic assault.

Crystal Tessa, 42, 1411 West G St., Elizabethton, was arrested on February 13 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for identity theft x3.

Faith Somah, 27, 305 Holly St., Johnson City, was arrested on February 13 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for failure to appear.

Michael Honeycutt, 45, 1781 Conklin Road, Limestone, was arrested on February 13 by Cpl. Jarrid Hawkins on a warrant for violation of probation.

Jessica Johnson, 34, 142 Reynolds Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on February 14 by Deputy Morris Stewart on a warrant for failure to appear.

Jason Owens, 41, 176 Little Stoney Creek Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on February 14 by Deputy Morris Stewart on warrants for evading arrest while operating a motor vehicle, improper registration and alteration of serial numbers.

Ricardo Mayse, 32, 425 W G St., Elizabethton, was arrested on February 15 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for failure to appear.

John McKenzie, 37, 1302 Spruce Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested on February 15 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for violation of community corrections.

Laura Holtsclaw, 40, 1141 Terra Rosa Drive, Knoxville, was arrested on February 15 by Deputy Johnathon Blevins for DUI and violation of implied consent.

Odell Cable, 68, 176 House of Prayer Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on February 15 by Officer Candice Potter on a warrant for violation of probation.

Carlie Guy, 23, 581 Piercetown Road, Butler, was arrested on February 15 by Deputy Morris Stewart on warrants for failure to appear, violation of probation and theft of stolen property.

Justin Swiney, 33, 716 West G St., Elizabethton, was arrested on February 15 by Deputy Jessie Hodges for contraband in a penal institution.

Thomas Cowan, 29, 132 Ruby Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on February 15 by Sgt. James Nienast on a warrant for failure to appear.

David Reece, 42, address withheld, was arrested on February 16 by Sgt. James Nienast for domestic violence by intimidation and interference with a 911 call.

Stephanie Greene-Humbert, 47, 570 Arrowhead Loop, Midway, was arrested on February 15 by Officer Candice Potter on a warrant for failure to appear.

Brandon Moore, 33, 172 Ranger Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested on February 16 by Deputy Justin Johnson for public intoxication.

Jon Jones, 33, 3008 S. Roan St., Elizabethton, was arrested on February 16 by Deputy Justin Johnson for fugitive from justice and two warrants for violation of probation and failure to appear.

Terry Campbell, 31, 124 Danner Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on February 16 by Deputy Raymond Mink on a warrant for failure to appear.

Ashley Lambert, 24, 495 Rockingham Road, Johnson City, was arrested on February 17 by Deputy Johnathon Blevins on a warrant for violation of probation.

Patience Walsh, 27, 301 South View Circle, Apt. A, Elizabethton, was arrested on February 17 by Deputy Cody Farley on a warrant for failure to appear and a warrant for violation of probation.

Terra Brummit, 23, 104 Nave St., Hampton, was arrested on February 18 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for failure to appear.

Philip Glass, 28, 106 Holly Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on February 18 by Sgt. James Nienast on a warrant for violation of probation and a warrant for failure to appear.
