For years in China deluded communist leader Xi Jinping was tearing down all Christian crosses and Christian churches and Mosques and other religious buildings. Last month he commanded the people to worship him as a god. Pastor Geoffrey Grider said, “China is in deep, deep trouble so deep in fact it’s starting to look like God’s hand of end times judgment is upon them.”
Jesus said in Matthew 24 there would be pestilences which we call deadly viruses before the seven-year tribulation. During the tribulation one-fourth of all people die from sword, hunger or disease pandemic from animals. (Revelation 6:8) The Coronavirus from China is a deadly virus and has spread to America. It would be a good idea to boost your immune system and have some anti-viral face masks and glasses to wear at home in case it spreads to Tennessee. If it spreads all masks could be sold out. Also, you should have months of food at home in case you are quarantined. Because of the spread of deadly viruses we have to control who comes into our country from other countries.
Coronavirus is much worse than Chinese government reports. New information is being leaked and it’s painting a very grim picture, revealing the true death toll could be more than 20 times higher than reported. China’s disinformation and propaganda machine is struggling to under report and keep the people from knowing how rapidly the virus is spreading. The China government threaten social media users with up to seven years in prison for reporting the truth that coronavirus is an uncontrollable pandemic. Last week when the China government reported just 2,700 cases a video of a “whistleblower” nurse claimed 90,000 are sick with coronavirus. Funeral homes report they are burning bodies 24 hours a day. President Xi Jinping has called the situation “grave” and has quarantined more people than any time in history. The coronavirus will destroy the economy of China and hurt the world economy.
Respected Harvard Scientist Dr. Eric Feigi-Ding said, “I’ll be honest — as an epidemiologist, I’m really deeply worried about this new coronavirus outbreak.” The doctor said, “1) the virus has an upward infection trajectory curve much steeper than SARS. 2) it can be transmitted person to person before symptoms appear — i.e. it is silently contagious!” It can be spread up to two weeks before symptoms appear.
Pray for Dr. Hopland from Elizabethton who is quarantined on a ship. Pray for the Christians of China. Christian pastors in Wuhan, China have encouraged church members to not be afraid and help others and tell others about Jesus during the virus outbreak. These Chinese Christians are standing in faith on Psalm 91 and we should do the same. Psalm 91:3: “Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler and from the noisome pestilence.” Psalm 91:10, “There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.”
