The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

David Cline, 31, 2746 Highway 19E, Elizabethton, was arrested on February 3 by Deputy Russell Broadway on a warrant for violation of probation and three warrants for failure to appear.

Heather Arp, 35, 378 Jenkins Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on February 3 by Lt. Michael Carlock for driving on suspended/revoked license (fourth offense) and a warrant for failure to appear.

Gregory Ward, 52, address withheld, was arrested on February 3 by Deputy Johnathon Blevins for domestic assault.

Sherry Cable, 52, address withheld, was arrested on February 3 by Deputy Johnathon Blevins for vandalism.

Stanley Davis, 64, 118 Sarah Annie Drive, Johnson City, was arrested on February 3 by Deputy Cody Farley for disorderly conduct.

Adam Williams, 34, 402 Blue Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on February 3 by Deputy Jarrid Hawkins on a warrant for failure to appear.

Ryan Honeycutt, 41, 1012 Grindstaff Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on February 4 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for failure to appear.

Daniel Taylor, 69, 361 Garrison Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on February 4 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for violation of sexual offender registration laws.

Joseph Harrison, 42, 2324 Brook Lane, Johnson City, was arrested on February 4 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for harassment.

Dana Walsh, 26, 305 South Hills Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested on February 4 by Deputy Mckenly Berry for possession of meth for resale, unlawful drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm during a dangerous felony and failure to stop.

Stormie Scalf, 19, 134 Nave St., Hampton, was arrested on February 4 by Sgt. Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for violation of probation.

Miranda Lovelace, 43, 168 Wilbur Dam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on February 4 by Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant for failure to appear.

Stephanie Davenport, 42, 163 Rosenbaum Private Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested on February 4 by Sgt. William Staschak on a warrant for violation of probation.

John Mckenzie, 37, 26 Fulton St., Glen Falls, N.Y., was arrested on February 4 by Deputy Justin Covington for fugitive from justice.

Danny Stines, 53, 216 South Hills Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested on February 5 by Deputy Clyde Garland for DUI and failure to maintain lane of travel.

Robbie Cox, 52, 110 Dugger St., Hampton, was arrested on February 5 by Deputy Robert Scott for vandalism under $1,000 and vandalism over $1,000.

Brad Mullins, 38, 171 Renfro Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on February 5 by Deputy Justin Johnson for possession of stolen property, manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of methamphetamine and on a warrant for failure to appear.

David Thomas, 22, 199 Swimming Pool Road, Hampton, was arrested on February 5 by Deputy Jared Cook on a warrant for violation of probation.

Lori Turner, 49, 426 East H St., Elizabethton, was arrested on February 5 by Deputy Erica Huskins on a warrant for violation of probation.

Brandon Lovette, 36, 1256 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on February 5 by Sgt. Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for failure to appear.

Robert Mathes, 51, 218 Bowers Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested on February 5 by Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant for failure to appear.

Rachel McCoury, 49, 312 Conway St., Roan Mountain, was arrested on February 6 by Deputy Jessie Hodges on a warrant for violation of probation.

Joshua Hitechew, 34, 101 Conway St., Roan Mountain, was arrested on February 6 by Deputy Cory Locklear on a warrant for violation of probation.

April Fry, 45, 301 Clearwater Drive, Kingsport, was arrested on February 6 by Lt. Michael Carlock on a warrant for violation of probation.

Angela Montoya, 45,372 Mockingbird, Lane, Kingsport, was arrested on February 4 by EPD Officer David Johnson for DUI (first offense), leaving the scene of an accident and drivers to exercise due care.

Charles Bennett, 51, 1104 Cross Drive, Erwin, was arrested on February 5 by EPD Officer David Johnson for public intoxication.

Nathan Bowers, 61, 122 Dan Bowers Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on February 5 by EPD Officer Matt Croy for public intoxication.

Jennifer Hamilton, 34, 169, Holcomb St., Kingsport, was arrested on February 5 by EPD Officer Matt Croy for public intoxication, disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine-manufacture, deliver, sell.

Kelly Deloach-Chapman, 39, 112 Bare Hollow Road, Watauga, was arrested on February 6 by EPD Officer Chazz Hughes for public intoxication.
