The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Sierra Puckett, 24, 132 Cemetery Lane, Johnson City, was arrested on December 30 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for violation of probation.

Harley Bunting, 20, 402 Blue Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on December 30 by Sgt. Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for violation of community corrections.

Ryan Gray, 38, 110 Carter View Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested on December 30 by Sgt. Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for violation of community corrections.

Tabbatha Markland, 30, 137 Lovers Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested on December 30 by Sgt. Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for violation of probation.

Gary Fletcher, 37, 107 Carl Smith Road, Hampton, was arrested on December 30 by Deputy Mckenly Berry for evading arrest by motor vehicle, driving on revoked, financial responsibility, reckless endangerment, improper registration, two warrants for violation of probation and two warrants for failure to appear.

Dylan Berry, 27, 2565 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was arrested on December 30 by Sgt. Daniel Kneaskern on an outstanding warrant for driving on revoked license (ninth offense).

Justice Pinney, 20, 1920 Bow Water Drive, Kingsport, was arrested on December 30 by Deputy Jared Cook on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Jack Hockemeyer, 45, 1293 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on December 30 by Sgt. James Nienast on an active warrant for failure to appear.

Cody Higgins, 29, 407-1/2 Holston Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on December 31 by Deputy Caleb Rojek on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Heather Smith, 37, 123 Commodore Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on December 31 by Deputy Erin Potter on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Brent Shaver, 31, 123 Rosenbaum Private Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested on December 31 by Deputy Robert Scott for evading arrest by motor vehicle, possession of Schedule VI with intent to resell, driving while revoked and open container.

Sabra Pritchard, 35, 603 Cedar Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on December 31 by Deputy Josh Peters for driving while suspended/revoked.

Tilford Oliver, 35, 105 Roe Hodge Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on January 1 by Lt. Travis Ludlow on two warrants for failure to appear.

Joey Lohse-Thacker, 25, 405 Whitney St., Johnson City, was arrested on January 1 by Lt. Travis Ludlow on a warrant for violation of probation and a second warrant for two counts of aggravated assault.

Nicole Tipton, 28, 108 John Taylor Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on January 1 by Sgt. Daniel Kneaskern on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Michael Ledford, 35, address withheld, was arrested on January 2 by Deputy Johnathon Blevins for domestic assault.

Beth Earls, 27, 199 Jack Bradley Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on December 30 by EPD Officer Mike Ward for public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael Woodby, 46, 147 Mill Pond Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on December 30 by EPD Officer Matt Croy for criminal trespassing.

Nicholas Oliver, 26, 1 Opal Court, Johnson City, was arrested on January 1 by EPD Officer Cody Mullins for DUI (third offense), driving on revoked license (second offense), evading arrest, resisting arrest, simple possession of Schedule VI and unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Sheri Hernandez, 29, 291 Weaver Hill Road, Johnson City, was arrested on January 2 by EPD Officer David Johnson for DUI, violation of implied consent, unlawful drug paraphernalia, misuse of evidence of registration, driving or moving an unregistered vehicle, failure to comply with financial responsibility, criminal impersonation and driving on suspended license (third offense).
