The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Jennifer Waters, 32, 136 Walnut Mountain Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on December 23 by Deputy Cory Locklear on an active warrant for violation of probation.

Shawn Hughes, 40, 2015 Dave Buck Road, Johnson City, was arrested on December 23 by Deputy Jared Bailey on a warrant for failure to appear.

Corbin Trivett, 25, 115 Woodland Road, Johnson City, was arrested on December 24 by Deputy Cody Farley for domestic assault and resisting stop/frisk.

Jacqueline Chambers, 40, 136 Spears Ave. Elizabethton, was arrested on December 27 by Sgt. Christopher Reichenbach for vandalism and criminal trespassing.

Franklin Hamby, 46, 356 Buffalo Road, Bluff City, was arrested on December 27 by Deputy Cory Locklear on active warrants for failure to appear and violation of probation.

Johnny Odom, 48, 263 Long Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on December 27 by Deputy Jared Cook on a warrant for violation of probation.

Kirk Smith, 39, 2140 W. G St., Lot 17, Elizabethton, was arrested on December 27 by Deputy Jared Cook for resisting stop, frisk, halt, arrest and on a warrant for failure to appear.

Antonio Pearce, 31, 2140 W. G St., Lot 18, Elizabethton, was arrested on December 27 by Deputy Jared Cook on a warrant for violation of probation.

Wesley Rose, 21, 188 Old Charity Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on December 27 by Deputy Jared Cook on a warrant for violation of probation.

Cody McKinney, 31, 444 Shell Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on December 27 by Deputy Justin Covington for public intoxication.

Timothy Malone, 55, 337 Old Milligan Highway, Johnson City, was arrested on December 28 by Deputy Johnathon Blevins for manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of methamphetamines and simple possession of Schedule II.

Dana Wilson, 40, 8372 Highway 19E, Roan Mountain, was arrested on December 28 by Deputy Mckenly Berry on a warrant for violation of an order of protection.

Douglas Eden, 54, 223 McLelland St., Bluff City, was arrested on December 27 by Deputy Justin Covington for driving while revoked (third offense).

James Cline, 21, 363 Hwy. 91, Elizabethton, was arrested on December 28 by Deputy Jared Cook on a warrant for violation of probation.

Joseph Dugger, 55, 106 Joe Dugger Lane, Butler, was arrested on December 29 by Sgt. Eric Norman for burglary, criminal impersonation, public intoxication and unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Melisa Roper, 41, 160 Bill Nave Loop, Elizabethton, was arrested on December 29 by Deputy Jared Cook on a warrant for violation of probation.

Kevin Depew, 41, 889 Flatwoods Lane, Bluff City, was arrested on December 29 by Deputy Mckenly Berry on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Thomas Yeager, 33, 106 Pink Dogwood Circle, Bristol, was arrested on December 29 by Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant for violation of probation.

Larry Rainbolt, address withheld, was arrested on December 29 by Deputy Clyde Garland for domestic assault, resisting arrest and assault on a police officer.

Keaton Burgess, 21, 102 Bertie Lane, Hampton, was arrested on December 27 by EPD Officer Lance Peters on active warrants for violation of probation and failure to appear.

Jimmy Lane, 39, 114 Garrett Estep Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on December 28 by EPD Officer Cody Mullins for criminal impersonation and public intoxication.

Wesley Campbell, 50, 605 Bradley St., Elizabethton, was arrested on December 28 by EPD Officer Lance Peters for public intoxication.

Tabbatha Markland, 30, 1700 W. Elk Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on December 28 by EPD Captain Anthony Buck for possession of stolen property over $5,000, simple possession/casual exchange, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on revoked.

Adam Hannan, 31, 1010 Oak St., Elizabethton, was arrested on December 28 by EPD Officer Joshua Baggett for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jason Crownover, 18, no address, was arrested on December 29 by EPD Officer Cody Mullins on a warrant for failure to appear.
