The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Dustin Miller, 29, 126 Oakmont Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested on December 16 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for leaving the scene of an accident, financial responsibility, driving on revoked (sixth) and a warrant for violation of probation.

Amy Gillette, 43, 130 E. Highland, Johnson City, was arrested on December 16 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for failure to appear.

Zachary Philhower, 25, 369 Garrison Hollow Road, was arrested on December 16 by Deputy Jared Cook on a warrant for failure to appear.

Caleb Villar, 28, 127 Hillside Drive, Johnson City, was arrested on December 16 by Deputy Adam Taylor for fugitive from justice.

Cheri Ollis, 34, 127 Hillside Drive, Johnson City, was arrested on December 16 by Deputy Clyde Garland on an active warrant for failure to appear.

Dakota Sutton, 26, 1201 Greenlee Road, Jonesborough, was arrested on December 16 by Sgt. Daniel Kneaskern on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

James Jones, 32, 710 S. Lynn Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on December 16 by Sgt. Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for violation of probation.

William Shoemaker III, 52, 102 Suncrest Drive, Lot #9, Elizabethton, was arrested on December 16 by Sgt. Daniel Kneaskern on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Jessica Hillman, 32, 167 Heritage Drive Trail, Elizabethton, was arrested on December 16 by Deputy Justin Johnson on an active warrant for failure to appear.

Michael Bise, 42, 79 Sims Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on December 16 by Deputy Mckenly Berry for fugitive from justice.

Erica Potter, 25, 135 Daniel Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested on December 16 by Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant for domestic assault.

Dylan Patterson, 22, 135 Daniel Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested on December 16 by Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant for domestic assault.

Amanda Fontana, 32, 148 Honeycutt Road, Unicoi, was arrested on December 17 by Deputy Candice Potter on an active warrant for violation of probation.

Benjamin Johnson, 46, 14 Mountain View Circle, Hampton, was arrested on December 17 by Deputy Russell Broadway on an outstanding warrant for domestic assault.

Dwayne Johnson, 49, 184 Brookdale Drive, Johnson City, was arrested on December 17 by Sgt. James Nienast on two active warrants for failure to appear.

Christopher Carmack, 41, 2013 Newton St., Bristol, Va., was arrested on December 17 by Sgt. William Staschak on an outstanding warrant for child support.

Casandra Bunton, 28, 261 Reynolds Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on December 17 by Deputy Justin Covington on warrants for obstruction and reckless driving.

Leonard Price, 40, 507 Trudy St., Elizabethton, was arrested on December 17 by Deputy Cody Farley for criminal impersonation and warrants for failure to appear and violation of probation.

Timothy Guinn, 24, 914 W. Main St., Johnson City, was arrested on December 17 by Deputy Brian Smithpeters for DUI, driving on revoked license, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of implied consent.

Allen Lawhern, 30, 201 W. Mill St., Elizabethton, was arrested on December 17 by Deputy Thomas Hill on a warrant for violation of probation.
