Overmountain Community Cafe to host spaghetti dinner for community

Overmountain Community Cafe will be partnering with Southside Free Will Baptist Church (Jeremy Burleson, pastor) to feed the community with “pay-what-you-can” pricing.

Volunteers will be preparing and serving homemade spaghetti and meat sauce, salad, dessert, and drinks. Those who can are asked to pay it forward, pay the suggested donation of $5, pay what they can, or volunteer for a small meal, which will be free for children 12 and under. The spaghetti dinner is scheduled for Thursday, December 12th from 4-6:30 p.m.

Overmountain Community Cafe is a member of OWEE (One World Everyone Eats) International. We’re asking all the area businesses and agencies to come out and pay it forward so that we can feed the hungry in our community. We’re hoping that you will be able to not only help us feed several times this winter, but envision what the cafe will be when it opens in our town!
