Star Photo/Amber Wadovick Elizabethton had a light dusting of snow Tuesday morning, and while the roads cleared up almost immediately after it stopped falling, the parks continued to wear the white coat for most of the day.
While Elizabethton got less snow than other regions of Carter County, the weather still radically changed the landscape of the city Tuesday.
