Little Milligan Elementary hosted the annual community Halloween Celebration.  Children of all ages and adults dressed up for the costume contest.
Principal JR Campbell has some special guests attend.  Snow White, the Evil Queen, Mirror Mirror On The Wall, and all the dwarfs stopped in for a visit.
