The popular costume contest will begin at 7:30 p.m. in front of the Washington County Courthouse, sponsored by Food City. The contest will have several age groups and a group category as well for those dressing as an ensemble. Starting at 8:30 p.m., there will be the Haunted Flashlight Egg Hunt for children age 10 and up in Jimmy Neil Smith Park behind the International Storytelling Center. Bring a flashlight and be ready to get spooked while searching for treat-filled eggs.

Parking will also be available at the Jonesborough Elementary School with a shuttle to the Jonesborough Visitors Center. Parking is $5 per car with free shuttle rides available back and forth. It is highly recommended that you utilize this option as parking will be very limited in the downtown area.
