The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Beth Earls, 27, 1144 Highway 321, Hampton, was arrested September 23 by Deputy Clyde Garland on an active warrant for violation of probation.

Daniel Allmon, 32, 137 Jenkins Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested September 23 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for violation of probation.

Anthony Rock, 33, 2340 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested September 23 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for failure to appear.

April Britt, 34, 125 W. Main St., Johnson City, was arrested September 23 by Cpl. Amanda Peters on a warrant for violation of probation.

Jonathan Humphrey, 29, 408 E. Watauga Ave., Watauga, was arrested September 23 by Deputy Candice Potter on four counts of forgery (non-check).

Clinton Benson, 37, 124 Reeser Road, Johnson City, was arrested September 23 by Sgt. Daniel Kneaskern on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Clinton McKinney, 36, 1114 Tiger Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested September 24 by Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant for violation of probation.

Jonathan Potter, 27, 1284 Rittertown Road, Hampton, was arrested September 24 by Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant for violation of probation.

Jennifer Rouse, 43, 914 Rittertown Road, Hampton, was arrested September 24 by Deputy Clyde Garland on a warrant for fugitive from justice.

Gavin Potter, 21, 2226 W. G. St., Elizabethton, was arrested September 25 by Sgt. Michael Malone on a warrant for theft over $1,000 and aggravated burglary.

The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:

Samantha Estep, 24, 117 Nannie Smith Road, Hampton, was arrested September 25 by EPD Officer Joshua Baggett for unlawful drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.

Brandon Melton, 38, 510 Bryant Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested September 25 by EPD Officer Lance Peters for public intoxication.

Heather Arnold, 41, 1019 Arney St., Elizabethton, was arrested September 26 by EPD Officer Jesse Richardson on an arrest warrant for contempt of court.
