The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Justin Coleman, 33, 424 Highland Ave., Johnson City, was arrested September 3 by Deputy William Vinson on a warrant for failure to appear.

Heather Hamby, 27, 273 Miller Hollow Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested September 3 by Deputy Justin Johnson on an active warrant for violation of probation.

Joshua Oaks, 33, 181 Oakes Valley Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested September 3 by Deputy Justin Johnson on an active warrant for violation of probation.

Troy Clawson, 50, 501 Conway St., Roan Mountain, was arrested September 3 by Deputy Justin Johnson on active warrants for violation of probation, failure to appear and driving on revoked/suspended.

Norman McKinney, 50, 209 3rd Ave., Hampton, was arrested September 3 by Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant for fugitive from justice.

Thomas McCauley, 29, 341 Dotson Lane, Mountain City, was arrested September 3 by Deputy Erin Potter on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Justin Shell, 26, 108 Hampton Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested September 3 by Deputy Timothy DesForges on a warrant for violation of probation.

Shaun Mullins, 40, 100 Daytona Place, Elizabethton, was arrested September 4 by Deputy Kevin Kemp on a warrant for amended violation of probation.

Aaron Winters, 30, 1214 Ledford St., Elizabethton, was arrested September 4 by Deputy Justin Johnson on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Terry Vanosdol, 45, 128 Edge Water Road, Elizabethton, was arrested September 4 by Deputy Timothy DesForges on two active warrants for violation of probation and failure to appear.

Robert Fields, 55, 134 Dock Fields Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested September 4 by Deputy William Staschak on an outstanding warrant for aggravated assault.

Michael Williams, 34, 300 West H St., Elizabethton, was arrested September 4 by Deputy Candice Potter on an active warrant for leaving the scene of accident, driving on revoked and drivers to exercise due care.

Frank May, 53, 300 West H St., Elizabethton, was arrested September 4 by Deputy Candice Potter on an active warrant for false reporting.

Ashley Stout, 32, 142 Hunters Ridge Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested September 4 by Sgt. Christopher Reichenbach for criminal trespassing and resisting arrest.

Todd Blevins, 47, 425 Cripple Creek Loop, Watauga, was arrested September 4 by Deputy Justin Johnson on an active warrant for violation of probation.

Ashley Leonard, 36, 676 Old Elizabethton Highway, Bluff City, was arrested September 5 by Deputy Justin Johnson on an active warrant for violation of probation.

Casilda Hernandez, 24, 503 Earl St., Johnson City, was arrested September 5 by Deputy Candice Potter on an active warrant for conspiracy to possess meth 300 grams or more with intent to sell or deliver.

Jacqueline Neatherly, 51, 3933 Highway 421 South, Apt. 5, Mountain City, was arrested September 5 by Sgt. Christopher Reichenbach on a warrant for failure to appear.

Austin Mills, 29, 660 D Curd Lane, Mountain City, was arrested September 5 by Sgt. Christopher Reichenbach on a warrant for violation of probation.

Bobby Jones, 62, 6778 Highway 19E, Roan Mountain, was arrested September 6 by Deputy Timothy DesForges on an active warrant for driving on a revoked license, leaving the scene of a crash and failure to use due care.

Larry Thomas, 63, 236 West Cottage Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested September 6 by Sgt. James Nienast on a warrant for failure to appear.

Timothy Begley, 33, 220 Kerns St., Kingsport, was arrested September 6 by Deputy Daniel Kneaskern on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Jordan Branch, 28, 270 Happy Valley Road, Johnson City, was arrested September 6 by Deputy Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for violation of probation.

Hutch Sims, 22, 147 Betterley Place, Elizabethton, was arrested September 6 by Deputy Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for violation of probation.

Jonah Spivey, 24, 108 Blanks Road, Johnson City, was arrested September 7 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on an active warrant for aggravated assault, evading arrest while operating a motor vehicle, armed dangerous felonies, simple possession/casual exchange and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

James Smithey, 45, 1412 Southside Road, Elizabethton, was arrested September 7 by Lt. Myles Cook for theft over 500 and driving while license revoked (fourth offense).

Joshua Norris, 36, 125 Sycamore Shoals Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested September 7 by Deputy William Staschak on multiple outstanding warrants for criminal impersonation and resisting stop/frisk, violation of probation, theft of property and evading arrest.

Ricky Bowers, 32, 201 Roy Bowers Road, Hampton, was arrested September 7 by Deputy William Staschak on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Lori Buchanan, 57, 512 Cedar Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested September 7 by Deputy William Staschak on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Gloria Reed, 31, 101 Roark Park Lane, Hampton,  was arrested September 9 by Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant for failure to appear.

Jason Carnett, 33, 153 Bobs Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested September 4 by EPD Officer David Johnson on an active warrant for violation of probation.

Charles Purnell, 41, 1270 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested September 5 by EPD Officer Cody Mullins for public intoxication.

Edward Guinn, 50, no address, was arrested September 6 by EPD Officer Justin Pearce for public intoxication.

Aaron Williamson, 35, 1951 Dawes Road, Mobile, Ala., was arrested September 6 by EPD Officer David Johnson for public intoxication.

Leslie Lewis, 63, 1200 19E Bypass, Elizabethton, was arrested September 7 by EPD Officer Lance Peters for public intoxication.

Shane Jenkins, 44, no address, was arrested September 2 by EPD Officer Joshua Baggett for public intoxication, contributing to a minor and resisting arrest.
