Pansy Ruth Randall Hart

Pansy Ruth Randall Hart, 81, of Elizabethton, passed away Sunday, August 4, 2019, at the Waters of Johnson City.
A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late Cleveland Earl and Polly Main Randall.
Pansy was manager of Kay’s Ice Cream on West G Street, Elizabethton. In earlier years she attended Willow Springs Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Rena Smith, and a brother, John “Bud” Cook.
Survivors include her children, Glenda Lyons and husband James, Madison, Tenn., Joyce Pickle and husband Steve, Nashville, Debra Semones and husband David, Vinton, Va., Gerald Randall, Elizabethton, Scottie Hart and wife Janet, Johnson City, and Robert “Bobby” Hart, Johnson City; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ann Street and Wilma Randall; and a brother, Glen Randall. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services for Pansy Ruth Randall Hart will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, August 8, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with Dr. Bill Booth, First Baptist Church, Maryville, Tenn. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until 2 p.m. Thursday, prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Wilson Cemetery (Stoney Creek).
