Dr. James Hurley, President of Tusculum University, was guest speaker at this week’s Elizabethton Rotary Club meeting. He spoke about the new college of optometry and a new program for physician assistants. Dr. Hurley is very active with nonprofit organizations in Northeast Tennessee.
